Our house required SERIOUS work before it could be placed on the market. Kathy went WELL above and beyond to ensure that every item was addressed and that all replacements were top-notch. She even recommended contractors with whom she had worked so that we knew we were getting quality work. Kathy kept in contact with us the entire time the house was being updated and also after it was put on the market. I have no doubt that if not for Kathy's dedication and customer service, we would still be waiting AND waiting to sell the house.
